SUGGEST REMEDY
Check main and branch circuit fuses

• Check line wire connections to fan.
• Check speed controller's position.
• Lower canopy from ceiling to ensure
minimum 3mm clearance.
Re-tighten all screws on fan blades

never over-tighten.

Re-tighten all screws in the hanging
bracket or plate.

supplied.

then rotate fan so all blades are
