General usage:
1. Make sure the display is provided with 2 pieces of batteries (1.5V).
2. Exercise can be started directly, the values on the display will start to count and will increase.
You will also be able to fill in different values before exercising. The values will then count
down to zero and will beep 4 times when zero is reached.
3. When you start exercise or press any button, the display will power on automatically. If user is
not exercising or using the display for 4 minutes, the console will power off automatically and
enter the sleep-mode.
4. After exercising for a while, you can choose to start with Recovery training. After pressing
Recovery, keep your hands on the hand grips for heart rate. All values will stop except for
"time", it will start a countdown from 00:60 to 00:00. After the training you will receive a score,
after you have done this training several times, you can see whether your condition has
improved or worsened. After this, a code will be shown, F1 (very good), F2 (good), F3
(average), F4 (sufficient), F5 (bad) and F6 (very bad).
Press the Recovery button again to return to the main menu.

Press Total Reset to reboot the console.
Increase data value.
Decrease data value.
Press to set current value to zero.
