Conservation conditions:
• Store the plastic face mask at T <40 ° C, away from light and heat sources, in a clean,
closed container until further use. Avoid storing in direct sunlight.
• Keep the SMS fabric filters away from light, heat sources and humidity. Store them
in closed and clean bags / containers.
Handling conditions:
• Manipulate the mask to insert the new filter and to wear the mask itself with
sanitized hands or using clean gloves in order to avoid contaminating the filter and
the support.
Deadline:
• SMS fabric filter: disposable use for a maximum of one shift.
• Facial Mask in Elastomeric Compound: 12 months from the date of production and
in any case for no more than 35 washes
Disposal:
It is recommended to dispose of the surgical mask or its components according to
the laws in force in the country of use. It is recommended not to disperse in the
environment.
Warnings:
• In case of previous respiratory diseases, consult your doctor for the use of the
device.
• Do not use the mask if there are cuts / breaks / cracks in the plastic part
• Do not use the SMS fabric filter if it is broken
• Do not assemble the mask if the plastic part is still wet
• Do not use if the package is damaged
It is recommended that any incidents occurring with the surgical template be
reported to the manufacturer
