Cleaning and maintenance:
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
• ATTENTION! Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use
solvents or petrol-based cleaning agents. Never let the power cable or powerplug
get wet or damp.
• ATTENTION! Never hose down the machine or immerse it in water or any
other liquid.
• Clean the parts using warm water and a mild food safe detergent. Wipe down
the machine with a damp cloth and always dry the appliance and accessories after
cleaning, using a soft cloth.
• Spare parts must be disassembled and removed from the machine for cleaning.
• ATTENTION! We recommend cleaning the parts in contact with orange
juice every day.
• To gain access to the squeezing & cutting assembly remove the transparent
plastic front cover, by first undoing the orange screws located on the side.

2. Undo the center screw and remove the squeezing assembly, once cleaned,
replace it in the same way.
3. Remove the knife which is also located in the center. Handle the knife with care,
sharp edge may cause harm.
