A1: Check that the conductive metal head is not scratched or
dirty. As the battery level becomes low, the EMS electrical
signal weakens, so try charging it. Or try increasing the
strength level.

differs from person to person in the feeling of EMS. If you
feel that the electrical stimulation is weak, try applying a
thin layer of gel to the electrodes (metal head). After
