1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Professional coffee Preparing an espresso requires a lot of knowledge and experience: with the capsule system this is possible,
as anyone is able to prepare a true espresso coffee in a professional manner. The capsule is compressed between two thin
paper filters that do not leave ground coffee and/or other impurities in the cup. The capsule, packaged in pressurized nitrogen
bags, allows you to always have fresh coffee, with unchanged aroma and fragrance. Compared to traditional coffee beans, the
capsule system saves up to 15% coffee powder. Cleanliness and hygiene are assured, in addition to an obvious respect for
the environment. Maintenance of the machine is reduced to a minimum. This machine, once turned on takes only a minute of
warm-up before release, and also consumes only a few watts, as opposed to traditional bar espresso machines, which require
several hours of warm-up. All this results in considerable energy savings of about 60%!! This machine is one of a kind, able to
very easily use every kind of coffee, since it does not require the use of complicated accessories, such as grinders and others.
The coffee machine is intended for the preparation of espresso coffee using compatible capsules. This Manual is intended
to provide the customer with all information required for installation, maintenance and extreme care. In case of doubt as to
the correct interpretation of the instructions, contact the retailer for clarification. The Owner's Manual should be kept in the
immediate vicinity of the machine. Keep the manual protected from moisture and heat, so as to not affect the quality of the
document and readability in all its parts.
