Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we're confident that getting onboard will help you get you
closer to your goals — one slide at a time.
The Brrrn Board™ was designed with every body in mind and offers a low-impact fitness experience that'll
not only tone and tighten your glutes and thighs but improve your core strength, posture, coordination, and
stamina as you move across the board in a smooth, natural motion known as lateral training.
The Brrrn Board™ and the Brrrn At-Home™ On-Demand Fitness programming enables you to choose where to
start and progress at whichever level is appropriate for you.
With regular use of your Brrrn Board™, you may soon notice some vital changes such as:

· Reduction in body fat

2. Start out slowly and progress sensibly. Even if you are an experienced exerciser, there is a learning curve
to becoming adept at using the Brrrn Board™. Be sure to watch the videos on the link below to become
familiar with all of the exercises.
3. Do not overexert yourself with this or any other exercise program. Listen to your body and respond to any
reactions you may be having. It's important to distinguish between fatigue or 'muscle burn,' and pain which
hurts. If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, an irregular heartbeat, dizziness, nausea, or
shortness of breath, stop exercising at once and consult your physician immediately.
4. Always warm-up before any exercise program by doing at least 5 minutes of lesser intensity and including
dynamic rhythmic movement before increasing intensity.
5. Before each use, visually inspect the equipment. Never operate the equipment if the equipment is not
functioning properly.
6. Use care when getting on and off the Brrrn Board™.
7.
Use this equipment ONLY for the intended use as described in this manual. Do not modify the equipment or
use any attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Have plenty of clearance behind and in front of your equipment. It is important to keep children, pets,
furniture and other objects out of the way when using your equipment. You should have a minimum of 3
feet of clearance both in front of and behind your equipment.
9. Wear appropriate clothing when exercising. Workout clothing should be comfortable and lightweight, and
should allow freedom of movement. Wear comfortable athletic shoes along with the Brrrn Booties™ which
came with the Brrrn Board™.
10. Breathe naturally, never holding your breath during an exercise. Avoid overtraining.
11. Cool down after your Brrrn Board™ exercise session, with at least 5 minutes of gentle movement and
stretching.
12. Only one person should use this piece of equipment at a time.
13. Properly set up the Brrrn Board™ on a solid, level, non-slip surface and follow the exercise instructions
demonstrated on the YouTube link described in this manual. Failure to follow these instructions could result
in serious injury.
