Follow the instructions given in this installation manual carefully. Incorrect installation, in addition to compromising the
normal function of the shower enclosure, may cause serious harm to people or property.
Keep this manual safe for any future reference
We recommend using specialist technicians for the assembly and installation operations
Marco Mammoliti S.p.A. will not be liable for any damage, leaks, anomalies or malfunctions caused as a result of
incorrect installation, use, maintenance or, in any case, any aspect which differs from that given in the provisions
contained in this manual.
The mark certifies
the product's compliance with applicable European legislation. Specifically, the shower enclosure complies with the
European standard:
EN 14428 -
Shower enclosures - Functional requirements and test methods
Always check the packaging carefully: packaging should be intact and undamaged. Packages contain fragile material and must be
handled with care. Avoid knocking or banging packages.
Installation is only to be done on already finished surfaces (walls and floors), which have already been suitably coated, without
skirting boards.
The product must not be used by children and people with impaired physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by anyone lacking
suitable experience and knowledge, unless, through the action of a person responsible for their safety, they are monitored and
instructed on the use of the product.
This Conventional Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Marco Mammoliti S.p.A., and does not affect the consumer's rights under
domestic provisions implementing and transposing Directive 1999/44/EC.
The warranty is valid for 2 years. The warranty period starts on the date on which the product is purchased (the date indicated on the proof
of purchase).
The warranty is limited to the European Union.
The warranty will only apply upon presentation of the proof of purchase.
Applying the warranty does not extend the warranty period.
The warranty covers every defect attributable to the product during its normal use.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part (or parts) found to be defective with an identical part (or parts) or to the
replacement of the product.
Expenses for transportation, removal and/or replacement of the product will only be recognised in the event in which the actual existence of
the defect (or defects) covered by this conventional warranty is (or are) definitively ascertained.
The warranty becomes void if the provisions and instructions in this manual are not followed.
Excluded from the warranty are any defects, anomalies, malfunctions due to:
● damage during transportation
● installation carried out incorrectly and/or in the event that the assembly methods given in the attached instructions are not followed
● use of accessories other than those contained in the packaging
● Sealing/Siliconing done incorrectly or if poor quality products are used
● jamming or blocking due to scaling, limescale, sand, filings or impurities present in the water
● leaks due to seals/joints damaged during installation or which are not lubricated or which are worn
● scratches, dents or breakages caused by improper handling or accidental knocks or bangs
● use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products
● products damaged or affected by frost
● lack of maintenance or maintenance which is inadequate or which does not comply with the attached "cleaning and maintenance"
recommendations
Dry the glass with a glass wiper or soft cloth after every shower. When cleaning, use neutral, non-aggressive and non-abrasive detergents.
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and dry quickly with a glass wiper or a soft cloth.
NB: DO NOT use abrasive cloths or sponges, powder detergents, alcohol-based or ammonia-based detergents, acids, acetone or
solvents.
No claim will be accepted without the proof of purchase. Each claim will be handled and managed by our Customer Services Department in
accordance with our internal procedures. Repairs, credits or replacements will be agreed subsequently and on the basis of the results of the
checks carried out by our Service Centres and our Quality Laboratory.
