dealer or Medline before attempting to use this product.
• DO NOT assemble and use this product without first
reading and understanding this user guide, otherwise
injury or damage may occur.
• DO NOT use if components are missing or are damaged,
contact Medline at 1-800-Medline | 1-800-268-2848.
• DO NOT exceed weight capacity listed on the product.
• DO NOT make any adjustments while using the product.
• DO NOT attempt to use the arms to support full body
weight.
• DO NOT stand on the product.
CAUTIONS:
Users with limited physical strength and/or mobility should
be supervised and/or assisted while using the product.
Prior to use, ensure the following:
1. All push buttons are fully protruded and are properly
engaged.
2. There are no loose, broken or missing components and
ensure all parts are secure.
3. When using the backrest, ensure the product remains
balanced. Excessive twisting or turning while seated on
the bench may cause a loss of balance and/or damage to
the product.
4. All four legs touch the floor simultaneously at all times.
5. The tips on the leg extensions do not contain any rips,
wear or are missing. Immediately replace missing or
damaged tips.
