EMU SHADE PRO UMBRELLA
IMPORTANT: Read this entire manual before installing and opening your SHADE PRO umbrella.
Once you have received your SHADE PRO umbrella, make sure you have received all the components. If
something is missing or damaged contact your dealer. Take care not to damage the umbrella during assembly. Use
the packaging cartons to prevent damaging umbrella during assembly.
WIND RESISTANCE GUIDELINES FOR SHADE PRO UMBRELLA:
Light to moderate winds.
Once the SHADE PRO umbrella has been correctly installed, it is suitable for use in light to moderate wind
conditions in the position with the sheet open. Please follow these guidelines:
1. When the wind gets stronger or before uncertain and worrying weather conditions, the umbrella should be
closed, lowered and tied to the side post.
2. The umbrella must be kept in a closed position and tied to the central post when not in use.
3. Before or during extremely severe weather conditions, it is advisable to remove and protect the entire SHADE
PRO umbrella including the structure indoors.

COMPONENTS AND SCREWS PRESENT IN THE SHADE UMBRELLA PRO 995 996:
A. UMBRELLA STAND: The SIDE POST (2) of the SHADE PRO must be assembled to the base with the help of the
UMBRELLA STAND (A), fixed to the base with n.5 SCREWS (B). The plate of the UMBRELLA STAND (A) of diam. 145
mm and height 10 mm has 5 holes on which to insert five screws. See also the assembly instructions in the base
packaging.
B. SCREWS: Five (5) countersunk head screws (B) are used to attach the UMBRELLA STAND (A) of the umbrella to
the BASE (1).
C. TILE (optional): The tile is 500X500X40 mm in size and weighing 25 kg and is recommended by the manufacturer.
D. BASE: The BASE is made of treated steel for external use, and is the housing for the ballast tiles.
E. BASE COVER: It is made of bent sheet steel.
