How to pull the extension cable out of the front support:
Picture 1: Take the lower computer cable and the extension cable.
Picture 2: Connect the middle computer cable to the lower one.
Figure 3: Pull the resistance cable out of the front of the support.
Picture 4 and 5: Connect the cable to the back of the resistance controller
by inserting the end of the cable into the clip at the end of the lower
resistance cable. Then pull this up and insert the end of the outer cable into
the U-shaped clip. Please note that at this stage you may need to pull the
support upwards with force to increase the length of the cable.
Fig. 6 and 7: Fasten the resistance regulator housing to the front support
with the screw.
