A: Attach the left pedal strap to the left pedal (15) marked "L". Also do this on
the right. Now attach the left (15) and right (16) pedals to the corresponding
crank arms (28). The right pedal must be to your right when you are sitting
on the trainer. Note that the right pedal is tightened clockwise and the left
pedal anti-clockwise.
B: Finally, place the home trainer in the desired position. When it is in the
right position, adjust the knob (50). Make sure that the pommel touches the
floor and the trainer is stable. If you move the home trainer to a position,
check the central knob (50) and adjust if necessary.
