its implementation in accordance with national
law, electric tools that have reached the end of
their life must be collected separately and re-
turned to an environmentally compatible recycling
facility.

Use only original spare parts from the manufac-
turer. Use of spare parts, other than the original,
cancels the manufacturer's guarantee obliga-
tions.
The repair and replacement of the carbon brush-
es shall be performed only by the service centres,
authorised by the manufacturer.

wARRANty
At purchasing a new machine, FLEX grants 2-year
manufacturer's guarantee, valid from the date of
purchase. The warranty covers only defects in
materials or faulty workmanship and machine fail-
ure to perform the design operation parameters.
All claims to this warranty, shall be accompanied
by the original invoice with the date of purchase.
Repairs during the guarantee period can be per-
formed only in workshops or service centres, au-
thorised by FLEX. Claims will be recognised only
if the machine has been used for the purpose
it was designed and according to the operating
instructions. The claims for faults, due to normal
wear, improper handling, disassembled machines
presented to the authorised warranty service cen-
tres, failures due to overloading or faulty or mis-
used accessories shall not be recognised. The
warranty does not cover damage of accessories
or machined pieces, caused by the machine, ma-
chine overloading, consequential faults, caused
by the machine or insufficient care by the user
or third party, faults due to external force or for-
eign bodies (sand or pebbles) and faults due to
neglecting the operation instructions (for instance
connecting the machine to improper supply volt-
age or current).
Claims for accessories shall be recognised if
these accessories have been used with the ma-
chines they were designed for and if such usage
is permitted.
