FRAME ASSEMBLY - HARDWARE BAG A7163 HD BASE
1. Attach 2 x 2 x 1" U channel (front rail) and 5 x 8 x 1"
U channel (back rail) to leg assemblies using
2 x 2" and 1 x 3⁄" stud plates provided. For each U
channel, ensure the side with 4 holes is facing the top
of the work bench. (See Figure 1)
2. Loosely screw 1/4" locknuts onto stud plates. Before
tightening nuts, make sure the front rail and back rail
are flush to the top of the leg assemblies and pushed
inward approximately 1/8" to allow the bench top to
be mounted properly.
3. Attach the 1/4 x 3/4" hex head bolts and 1/4" flat washers
to the lowest holes in the back rail. (See Figure 1)
