First: Open and secure handle bar

Remove contents from carton and lay parts next to frame.

Turn front wheels to face forward so that tiller is on front of knee walker
3
Raise tiller to the upright position. Push locking tiller assembly pin in until
you hear a click. Make sure steering column is secure.
