GENERAL WARNING: Riding a scooter can be dangerous even when
doing so in ideal circumstances. This manual contains numerous
warnings on the possible harm that can be caused due to a lack of
inspection and maintenance of the scooter. Many of the warnings refer
to a loss of control and falling off. Due to the fact that any fall can lead
to serious harm and even death, this warning is not repeated each time
the risk of falling off is mentioned.
Check local regulations to find out where the use of scooters is
permitted.

ASSEMBLY
WARNING: If the handlebar T-tube clamp is not installed and tightened
correctly, the rider may lose control and fall off. Assembly should be
performed by an adult with mechanical experience. If you do not
understand these instructions or the "tighten securely" concept, you
should ask for help from a qualified mechanic.
2. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
A. Screw the T-tube assembly onto the external thread of the fork.
B. With the front wheel facing forward and the handlebar perpendicular
to the wheel, tighten the clamp as shown. Tighten it securely.
C. Align the spring buttons with the holes on the T-tube and insert the
handlebar until the spring buttons click into place.
D. Adjust the height of the handlebar so that the spring buttons
coincide with the holes in the tube by using the quick-release clamp.
Push the clamp closed to set the T-tube in position.
WARNING: If the spring buttons do not click into place correctly, there
is a chance that the handlebar will come lose while using the scooter,
leading to a loss of control and harm to the child. When the buttons are
in place correctly, the handlebar should not rotate or move to either
side. When they are in place correctly, check that the spring buttons
can be clearly seen through the holes in the T-tube, as shown in photo
C.
WARNING: If the quick-release clamp is not in the correct position, the
T-tube could extend or contract causing the child to lose control of the
scooter and fall. When the quick-release clamp is in position correctly,
the handlebar should not move either up or down.
