The Tele Skimmer 200 enables sucking off dirt particles from the water surface before they sink to the
bottom and contaminate the pond. Coarse particles such as leaves and grass are caught in the filter basket,
smaller particles are pumped to the filter system and filtered out of the water there.
The Tele Skimmer 200 is suited for effective flow rates of up to a maximum of 300 l/min.

Assembly for pond depth 90 - 64 cm (see Fig. 1)
1. Screw the complete telescope stand (6) into the skimmer base (10).
2. If necessary, screw the hose nozzle (11) to the skimmer base.
3. Screw the reducing socket (7) in place between the telescope stand (6) and the skimmer housing (2).
4. Mount the filter basket (4) to the skimmer clamp (5) and insert it into the skimmer housing (2).
5. Slip the float (1) onto the skimmer housing (2).
6. After loosening the union nut (6b), you can slide the telescopic tube (6a) up and down to adjust it to the
correct height. Retighten the union nut (6b) firmly after setting the right height.
Assembly for pond depth 64 – 43 cm (see Fig. 2)
1. Screw the reducing piece (8) into the skimmer base (10).
2. If necessary, screw the hose nozzle (11) to the skimmer base (10).
3. Remove the union nut (6b) and the o-ring (6c) from the telescope (6) and screw it to the reducing
piece (8).
4. The tube (6a) of the telescope (6) can be sawed off (X) to the required length. After shortening the tube,
insert the sawn-off end into the union nut (6b) and screw it in place.
5. Screw the reducing socket (7) in place between the tube (6a) and the skimmer housing (2).
6. Mount the filter basket (4) to the skimmer clamp (5) and insert it into the skimmer housing (2).
7. Slip the float (1) onto the skimmer housing (2).
Assembly for pond depth 43 – 37.5 cm (see Fig. 3)
1. Screw the reducing piece (8) into the skimmer base (10).
2. If necessary, screw the hose nozzle (11) to the skimmer base (10).
3. Screw the reducing piece (9) in place between the skimmer base (10) and the skimmer housing (2).
4. Mount the filter basket (4) to the skimmer clamp (5) and insert it into the skimmer housing (2).
5. Slip the float (1) onto the skimmer housing (2).
Installation (see Fig. 4)
1. The installation area on the bank ought to be between 37,5 and 90 cm deep and as horizontal as
possible.
2. For optimal functioning, the Tele Skimmer 200 is to be placed in the main direction of the wind.
3. Set the height (see Assembly) and fix it on the ground with stones or by screwing it onto a brick.
Attention! The operating height of the Tele Skimmer 200 can be set optimally by a height
adjustment and water level difference; if the water level rises above or drops below these levels,
flawless function is disturbed!
Adapt the skimmer height, correct the water level or turn the pump off!
