Congratulations on purchasing this vehicle. You have chosen a quality product that is sure to give you a great deal of
enjoyment. This manual includes important information regarding the safe use and care of this children's vehicle.
Before initial use
This vehicle must be carefully assembled by an adult. Make sure that it is not used before it is fully assembled.
Just a few simple steps and the vehicle will be ready for action. It must be assembled in the sequence shown in the
pictures. If the vehicle features pneumatic tyres, the valve caps must be properly tightened. Important: keep loose valve
caps away from children.
Parental responsibility
This vehicle complies with European standard EN 71, as indicated by the CE marking. When used properly, virtually no
dangers apply during play. Please bear in mind, however, that a child's temperament and natural need to play and explore
may result in unforeseen situations and risks that are not the responsibility of the manufacturer. Show children/users
how to use the vehicle correctly and be aware of potential risks. If the vehicle is equipped with a brake and/or a
free-wheeling mechanism, take care to provide specific instructions on its use.
When using the vehicle, caution is advised as a certain skill is necessary in order to avoid falls and collisions which could
result in injury to the user or other persons. Never allow young children to use the vehicle unsupervised.
Warnings
The vehicle is only approved for children. If the vehicle has a trailer, this must never be used to transport another child.
Never place children in the trailer.
Children must wear closed shoes. Do not use with loose clothing as this may be damaged by the wheels. Long
shoelaces may become caught up in the pedals or wheels. When reversing, the vehicle may tip backwards if braked
suddenly. Ensure that adequate space is available and use in a suitable environment without sharp drops, terracing,
steps, etc. The vehicle must not be used near steps, slopes, steep ground, swimming pools or other bodies of water.
Nearby steps must be secured so that children cannot drive up or down them in the vehicle.
When attaching the stickers, make sure there are no protruding corners or edges.
Area of use
The vehicle must only be used in a safe and appropriate play area.
The vehicle does not comply with the national road tra c licensing regulations and as such may not be used on public
thoroughfares (e.g. pavements and roads).
Care and maintenance
Only use eco-friendly products when cleaning the vehicle. Never use aggressive, corrosive or otherwise harmful
products. Wiping the vehicle with a damp cloth will normally be su cient.Protect the vehicle from gritting salt and
avoid storing it in damp areas (e.g. a garage) for long periods of time. Do not clean the vehicle using a high-pressure
cleaner (or steam cleaner). Self-locking nuts (sti ) must be replaced if the vehicle is fully dismantled.
Every six months (more frequently if used more often) check all parts for potential wear and ensure that all screws are
properly tightened. In order to maintain the high level of safety built into this vehicle's design, worn or damaged parts
must be replaced immediately and the vehicle must not be used until it has been repaired. Only use genuine Ferbedo
replacement parts for any repairs.
Liability for defects
Statutory liability for material defects applies. Liability for material defects does not cover damage that occurs through
improper use, the e ect of force, inadequate or incorrect maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Please make a note of your model number here. This can be found on the box and will make it easier to order any
replacement parts you may require at a later date.
