Checking the hammock and product contents

Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp
knife or other sharp object, you may damage the hammock.
− Take care when opening it.
1. Remove the hammock out of the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the delivery is complete (see Fig. A).
3. Check whether the hammock or individual parts exhibit damages.
If this is the case, do not use the hammock. Contact the manufacturer at the
service address specified on the warranty card.

Attaching the hammock to a tree

CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Improper use of the hammock could result in injury.
− The hammock must only be set up by adults.
− Only lie in the hammock if it has been properly set up and
fastened.
− Make sure the surface underneath is as soft as possible.
− Remove sharp stones and other sharp objects from
underneath the hammock.
− Stretch out the hammock so that it is around 8.2 ft (2.5 m)
long.
