Convection
Use this function when you have finished the cooking process and want to
keep food warm using residual heat through the convection system.
Heat at the top and bottom
Use this mode of operation to cook foods such as cakes, pizza and cookies.
Heat at the top and bottom + Convection
This operating mode is ideal for cooking cakes, biscuits, lasagna, meat or fish.
Turbo mode + Convection
With this operating mode the heat is distributed more quickly than in normal
mode (heat at the top and bottom), it is suitable for baking and roasting. Set the
temperature a little lower than in the top and bottom heat mode as the airflow
distributes the heat more intensely improving and reducing cooking time.
Steam cleaning mode
This operating mode is for cleaning the oven with steam, see section Steam
Cleaning.
Grill + Convection function
This operating mode is suitable for cooking meat foods. Depending on the food
to be cooked, we recommend placing a tray in the lower part with a little water,
to prevent the food from being too dry.
