Making cocoa
The appliance is also suitable for preparing
cocoa drinks. Proceed as described in the
section Heating up or frothing milk. Fit the
smooth stirring head and set the temperature
selector to 45° C. As soon as the milk has
been heated to 45° C (as indicated by the
corresponding beep signals), take off the
lid and add the required amount of cocoa
powder. Now set the temperature selector to
65° C and press the On/Off switch again.
To prevent any blockage or congestion, do
not use grated chocolate or chocolate fl akes
when making cocoa.
Interrupting or ending a cycle
Press the On/Off switch to stop the heating
and stirring process: The main indicator lamp
starts fl ashing and the motor cooling system
can be heard.
To continue the heating and stirring process,
