ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Loosen and remove Wing Nut (C) from bottom of
Fan/Light Base.
2. Carefully slide the Fan Head Unit (A) out of base and
mosaic glass center piece to expose the Lamp Socket (B).
3. Unscrew and remove light bulb (B) and replace.
