Adjusting the height of the shoulder straps

For maximum protection the shoulder straps of the MATRIX LIGHT safety
seat should be adjusted to just above the baby's shoulders. Check this
height with the baby in the sitting or lying down position in the safety seat.
The straps can be adjusted using a tightener so that the seat adjusts to
your baby during the whole stage of growth.
The MATRIX LIGHT safety seat has a quick shoulder strap height ad-
justment system, you just have to press a button and slide the adjustment
mechanism along the backrest.
1a
MATRIX LIGHT has 6 different heights for the shoulder straps.
There are two possible ways of changing the position:
1a.1 To change the position when lying down, pull the plastic flap
and slide the adjustment mechanism.
1a.2 To change the position when sitting down, press the button on
the backrest and slide it to the required position.
Release the button or flap and move the adjustment mechanism to the nea-
rest locking position, it should click into place. Check that it is locked by pulling
the adjustment mechanism.
