7.0 SETTING STRIP LENGTH
1) Make sure the display shows the cutting length by displaying one of these
letters of the alphabet: A, b, C, d, E, F; if the letter "P" or "L" is displayed, keep
pressing the SELECT key until the display once again reads A, b, C, d, E or F.
2) To set the cutting length, use the +/- keys.
Cutting length can be adjusted from a minimum of 5 mm to a maximum of
999 mm.
3) You can set 6 different lengths using the SELECT key.
The sizes selected are stored in the memory.
4) If you press and release the +/- key, the length changes in 1 mm intervals
5) If you hold the +/- key down, the length will change more quickly
Please note
Depending on the machine's operating conditions, cutting length may deviate slightly from the value given on the
display. Before running a full cycle, do a trial run.

8.0 OPERATING MODES

MANUAL MODE
1) Make sure the blue LED is off.
2) If the LED is flashing or is steadily lit again, press AUTO/MANUAL to turn
it off.
Make sure the display shows the cutting length by displaying one of these
letters of the alphabet: A, b, C, d, E, F; if the letter "P" or "L" is displayed, keep
pressing the SELECT key until the display once again reads A, b, C, d, E or F.
3) Press START once; the appliance will cut a piece of band based on the
previously set length.
4) To cut another strip, press the START key again.
LOOP MODE
1) You can set the number of pieces to be cut from a minimum of 1 to a
maximum of 999 strips. Once it has finished, the machine will return to the
previous selection and will be ready for a new cutting cycle.
2) Press SELECT to determine the length of the strip. (see Ref. 7.0)
3) Hold down SELECT until the display reads "Lcon".
4) Set the number of pieces to be cut using the +/- keys.
If you hold the key down, the length will change more quickly.
5) Press START to start the cutting cycle.
The Mart Cutter's display will show the number of cuts remaining.
6) At the end of the cycle, the machine will sound and the display will read
"0". The machine will then return to the previous selection and will be ready
for a new cutting cycle.
7) To stop the cutting cycle while the machine is operating, press START.
To resume the cycle, press the key again.
Caution
We recommend monitoring the machine once it has been started in LOOP
mode as some of the strips exiting the unit might not fall into neat piles and,
as a result, may interfere with the positioning of subsequent pieces.
