• Use only the original Outils WOLF charger
delivered with the device. Keep the cable away of
the blades.
• The device may not be charged while in operation.
• In order to umplug the cable, pull out the plug.
Pulling on the cable could damage cable as well
as plug and electrical safety could not be guaran-
teed.
• Never use the charger if cable, plug or the
device itself, are visibly damaged. Bring the charger
to the nearest oficial Outils WOLF Repairer.
• Under no circunstances you should open the
charger. In case of a malfunction take the device
to an oficial Outils WOLF repairer.
3. When trimming :
• Only turn the motor on when hands and feet are
not in the vicinity of the cutting head. During the
work, always hold the shrub shears or lawn
shears in such a way that you can not enter in
contact with the blade.
• The device may not be charged while in operation.
• Even when the battery is empty an injury hazard
still remains through a residual charge.
• The switching mechanisms installed on the device
may not be removed or bypassed, for exemple
blinding the handle or taping down the safety button.
• Always wear suitable work clothes, no loose
clothes that could be snagged by the cutting tool.
Wear sturdy shoes with good tread. Also protect
your legs (for example by wearing long pants),
and your hands (gloves) wear protective goggles.
4. After cutting :
• Maintenance and cleaning work on the device
may only be executed when the motor is not
running and after checking of the on/off switch
which have to be lock by the safety system.
• Clean and lubricate the blades (with vaseline)
after each cutting.
• Repairs to the device may only be carried out by
Outils WOLF service centers and authorized
repair centers.
• Chargers that have become wet may not be
plugged into an electrical outlet until they are dry.
You may not recharge the device when have
become wet.
• The device should be charged after each
trimming (only in a dry room). The charging time
for a completely discharged battery is between
24 and 30 hours.

• Always store the shrub shears or lawn shears in
a dry room out of the reach of children in such a
way that the cutting head is protected.
5. Dispose of batteries in an environmentaly
responsible manner :
• Outils WOLF battery packs are nickel cadmium
rechargeable batteries. Nickel cadmium cells are
harmfull to the environment and the batteries do
not be drop in the nature or incinerated with other
household garbage. The dispose of batteries is
regulated in some countries, but Outils WOLF
would like to encourage environmentally friendly
consumer attitudes. Working together with you,
WOLF dealers guarantee the acceptance and
recycling of used batteries.
6. Responsibility :
• If you do not use the device in accordance with
the relevant state of technology and the utilization
purpose / area of application, Outils WOLF
declines all responsability.
• You may not do modifications on your recharge-
able battery shrub shears or lawn shears without
Outils WOLF agreement. All modification non
authorized by Outils WOLF should transform
the device in a dangerous one and going to
lead serious injuries during its utilization.

7. Identification of the device :
• Identification number of your rechargeable

the label sticked on device.
• Indicate this number to the authorized repair
centers when he does an intervention on the device.
