8.2.1 Inspections and maintenance measures

Regular inspections:
_ Condition of hoses and drain pipes
_ Filling level of the C/L in the supply unit
When the filling level in the C/L container
has fallen below the minimum level, the
milling program is interrupted and an
error message is indicated.
▷ Fill the C/L container (see page 57).
▷ Acknowledge the error in the software.
8.2.2 Weekly maintenance
▷ Analyse the C/L (see separate analysis instruc-
tions with test protocol).
8.2.3 Half-yearly maintenance
▷ Clean the C/L system (see page 56).
The half-yearly cleaning is indicated by the
program. Upon activation of the system
cleaning, the indication is blanked out
again.

In case of malfunctions:
▷ Restart the software.
▷ Restart the milling machine.
▷ Restart the PC.

Repairs

Repairs may be carried out only by trained, spe-
cialised personnel.

Environmental Protection

Packaging
In terms of packaging, the manufacturer partici-
pates in country-specific recycling systems, which
ensure optimal recycling.
All packaging materials used are environmentally-
friendly and recyclable.
Waste equipment
Waste equipment contain materials that should be
sorted for environmental-friendly recycling.
▷ After the service life has elapsed, dispose of the
machine via the public disposal systems in an
environmentally-friendly manner.
The plastic parts are labelled. Thus, they can be
sorted for recycling or disposal.
Coolant/Lubricant (C/L)
▷ Dispose of the C/L in accordance with the appli-
cable regulations and laws.
Proper disposal of the C/L must be documented.
