9.1 Fault switches

The fault switches are broken down into 3 different groups with the following fault setting options.
24 V DC auxiliary voltage must be connected for all measurements.
Measurements must be performed with a measuring instrument in accordance with EN 61557
(e.g. a Fluke 1653B).
Loop resistance
Loop resistance is measured with connected mains power.
L2 – PE, approx. 3.15 Ω (resistance: 2.2 Ω in L2)
Fault 1
PE – Lx approx. 2.21 Ω (resistance:1.2 Ω in PE)
Fault 2
PE – Lx approx. 6.63 Ω (resistance:5.6 Ω in PE)
Fault 3
N – Lx approx. 5.64 Ω (resistance: 3.9 Ω in N)
