9.1 Fault switches

The fault switches are broken down into 3 different groups with the following fault setting options.
Plug socket
Some of the measurements have to be performed with, and some without line voltage (L1, L2, L3).
Fault 1
Voltage dependent insulation fault between L and PE (0.34 MΩ)
Fault 2
Insulation fault, L-PE (150 kΩ) and N-PE (100 kΩ)
Fault 3
Interrupted neutral conductor, connection between PE and N
Fault 4
Loop resistance ZS, L1-N and L1-PE, too high (+5.6 Ω)
Loop resistance ZS, L1-N, too high (+3.9 Ω)
Fault 5
Fault 6
Interrupted N and PE conductors
Fault 7
Interrupted N, PE and L1 conductors
Fault 8
N and PE conductors reversed

24 V DC auxiliary voltage must be connected for all measurements.
Measurements must be performed with a measuring instrument in
accordance with EN 61557 (e.g. a Fluke 1653B).
Fault switches may only be activated in the de-energized state
