Problem
- The indoor-phone doesn't
switch on.
- The ring tone volume is
too low.
- I connected to a lock, but it
doesn't work.
- I hear interference on the
line.
- There is no sound between
the outdoor unit and the
indoor phone.

Solution
Make sure the power adaptor of indoor-phone is correctly plugged

in to the mains.
Make sure the adaptor plug is properly pushed into the power
-
outlet. The power cable must not be plugged into an extension,
because there would not be enough voltage to power the device.
Perhaps the cable is too long, or the wire line is too thin.

Refer to the instructions manual about the wire section.

Pls check if the lock is connected correctly, and choose suitable
-
lock to work with this unit.
Is the door phone close to other electronic devices? If it is, move
-
them further away.
Is the cable cross-section appropriate for the distance involved?

The microphone intake might be obstructed. Clean it, being careful
-
not to damage the microphone itself.
