TROUBLE SHOOTING
Jack won't lift load or full rated capacity
1.
Release valve may not be tightly closed - Check valve; close if necessary (see "instructions before use")
Jack may be low on oil - Check oil; add clean oil in necessary (see "instructions before use")
Jack may be air bound - Bleed system (see "instructions before use")
Jack lowers under load

Pump feels spongy

Jack may be low on oil - Check oil; add clean oil in necessary (see "instructions before use")

Handle raises or flies back under load

Jack can't lift full height

Jack may be low on oil - Check oil; add clean oil in necessary (see "instructions before use")

Jack can't lower completely
6.
Moving parts in the lifting mechanism may need lubrication (see "instructions before use")
NOTE : If the above procedures can not solve the problem, the product should be taken to a local service center for further
examination.
