4.
Reach in the home and pull the door panel
toward you until it fits into the clips on the
side panels.
To secure the door panel to the top panel,
5.
gently pull the door panel outward while
pushing down on the top panel. Fit the hooks
on the door panel over the last wire on the
top panel.
Note: Sizes 42" and 48" have a "U-Wire" on the
top panel that hooks over end panel. 36" crates
have a straight "U-Wire" on the top panel that rests
on top of the end panel. 22" - 30" crates do not
require a U-Wire.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the end panel.
6.
To Operate the Doors
Lift the handle 90° so the locking tip will clear the
wire on the front panel, then slide the bolt to the
left and swing the door open.
To close, swing the door back toward the crate,
push the door firmly against crate, lift the handle to
a 90° angle and slide the bolt to the right, making
sure the locking tip engages on the right side of the
wire on the front panel. Be sure the handle is in the
down position.
Removing the Plastic Pan
The pan stop is under the front door panel on the wire that
touches the floor. The pan stop wraps behind and then over
the bottom wire of the front door panel to create a barrier
that prevents the pan from sliding out of the crate. To
remove the plastic pan for cleaning, disengage the pan stop
and slide out the plastic pan. When the pan is in the crate,
make sure it is secured with the pan stop fully engaged.
