ASSEMBLY OF OPTIONS – Roll-bar
Drill the 2 x 2 holes in the rear
transom, using the template as
drilling guide.
On the port side, you can proceed in
this way, or drill the transom from
the inside of the ship, using the roll
bar as a guide, after locating it
correctly and holding it.
THE HOLES MUST BE PERPENDICULAR TO THE TRANSOM PANEL.
Mark the position of the axis of the holes previously
drilled on starboard.
Reproduce this axis as shown on the photo opposite.

Drill a hole, dia. 6 mm
min., on the axis
just reproduced.
Hole needed to locate
the position of the inner
wall
Hole on starboard to
attach the roll bar
Drill a hole, dia. 50 mm
or slightly larger,
axis traced.
Hole, dia. 50 mm,
tangent to the inner
wall.
