Using the 2-in-1 blade inserts
ATTENTION!
Cutting two different foods at once requires you to use a particularly powerful stroke. If this is not
possible, then you will need to cut the foods one after the other.
Make sure that the inserts are always used with the correct pin block or cutting stamp.

With the 2-in-1 blade inserts, food can be cut on both surfaces simultaneously. Note the following before
doing so:

Place the blade inserts so that the smaller block is at Position 1.
If one of the ingredients to be cut is harder than the other, place the

harder one in position 1 (greater leverage).
If one of the ingredients to be cut is of a greater height than the
other, place it in position 2 (longer lever stroke).
Insert the smaller (square) detachable pin block into the cutter top.
Between the two pin blocks there is now a narrow divider – the
same as between the two cutting surfaces.
Place the smaller (square) cleaning sieve onto the detachable pin
block.
