This device is intended for the analogue telephone network lines in AT, BE, BG, CH, CY,
CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, GR, HU, IE, IS, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, NO, PL,
PT, RO, SI, SK, SE.
Connection/Basic setting
1. Connect the spiral cord to the socket on the handset and to the socket marked q
on the telephone.
2. 914c: Connect the batteries. See Batteries.
915c: Connect the mains adapter to the socket marked DC 9V on the bottom of the
telephone and then to an electrical wall socket.
3. Fit the table stand by following the diagram below.
4. Replace the handset.
5. The display will flash ENGLISH. If not, hold v pressed down for about 4 seconds.
6. Scroll to the desired language with v / V . Press 0 .
7. Scroll to the desired contrast setting (2=normal) with v / V . Press 0 .
8. Scroll to the desired hour (00-23) with v / V . Press 0 .
9. Scroll to the desired minute with v / V . Press 0 .
10. Scroll to the desired day with v / V . Press 0 .
11. Scroll to the desired month with v / V . Press 0 .
12. Ensure the correct Recall time is displayed (ie: 100 for EU/UK/AUS,
300 France/Portugal and 600 New Zeeland). Press
13. Connect the telephone cord to the network wall socket and to the socket marked T
on the telephone.
14. Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
Important!
The mains adapter is the disconnect device between the product and mains power. The mains socket outlet
must be close to the equipment and easily accessible.
Changing the clock, language or contrast
If you wish to change the clock, language or contrast at any time, repeat steps 5. - 12. as
above.
