It is possible that other programs block multicast connections from the Windows operating system.
Windows fi rewall or antivirus sometimes block multicast connections.
Solution: disable the fi rewall and antivirus and restart the AIP-GO program. Detect programs that use
network connections (e.g. video call and collaboration programs), close them and restart the AIP-GO
program.
UPDATE OF THE FIRMWARE OF THE EQUIPMENT
The AIP system is constantly evolving. That is why it is recommended to update the fi rmware of all equipment
once it is visible from the AIP-GO programme. This process can be done in 2 ways:
1.- By means of AIP-GO software (recommended)
2.- Manual update of each equipment
NOTE: all fi rmware fi les are named following the same format AoIPXXXYYYYYY_ZZZ.udp
XXX: Device ID.
- REP: AIP-3010 receiver
- EMI: AIP-4010 transmitter
- MIC: AIP-1020 microphone
- SPL: AIP-SPL sound pressure sensor
- GAT: AIP-GATE
YYYY: major version number.
ZZZ: minor version number.
1. USING THE AIP-GO SOFTWARE

The AIP-GO always includes the latest fi rmwares available for the devices in order to install them quick and
easily. There are 2 methods to carry out updates from AIP-GO:
Method 1
When running the AIP-GO program, the different devices will be detected automatically. In case there is
a fi rmware of a later version available for any of the devices, the AIP-GO program will indicate this at the
bottom of the screen as shown in the following image.
