TROUBLESHOOTING
1. There may be a clog in the bottom of the vacuum or
in the dirt tube.
a. Remove bottom metal plate and check for clogs
in base and/or brush roll.
b. Open zipper bag, remove dust bag and check
for clogs in the dirt tube.
2. Belt may be broken. Replace belt. (See page 4)
3. Dust bag may be full. Check and replace if full.
1. Remove bottom metal plate. Check for clog in base
and/or brush roll.
2. Remove dust bag. Check for clog where dust bag
attaches to dust bag collar and where the dust bag
attaches to the dirt tube. (See page 6)
1. The brush roll should be positioned so the belt lines
up with the belt groove and is parallel to the belt
guide. (See page 4)
1. The belt may be damaged or something may be
caught in the brush roll.
2. Check brush roll for obstruction and remove.
3. Replace belt. (See page 4)
1. Check to ensure paper bag collar is properly
attached inside black bag.
1. Release cam locks and remove bottom metal plate.
Pull up on belt and rotate off motor pulley.
2. Lift up on brush roll; remove worn belt. Place new
belt around brush roll; align brush roll pulley with belt
guide.
3. Insert rubber end caps with arrows down.
4. Align lower side of belt with belt groove; stretch belt
around motor pulley. Belt will be parallel to belt guide.
5. Replace bottom metal plate. (See page 4)
6. If installed correctly, belt will be covered by bottom
metal plate. (See page 4)
