turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one
or more of the following measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment
and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit
different from that to which the receiver is con-
nected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.

extreme electromagnetic conditions, e.g. when
operating a radio device in the immediate vicinity
of the scales. After the disruption has passed,
the product can again be used normally, though
it might be necessary to turn it off and back on.

Obligatory statutory note on battery disposal
Batteries must not be disposed of with domestic
waste. As a consumer you are legally bound to give
back used batteries. You can return your old bat-
teries to official collection points within your com-
munity or everywhere batteries of that type are sold.
