16.-Booth level control: Controls independently from Master
an external amplifier. Please note that the level of this output will
not in any case be displayed on the bargraph level meter;
consequently, please check carefully for your amplifier not
being overloaded.
17.-Mono/Stereo Selector: We can transform output signal,
normally stereo, in mono.
18.-Auxiliary 1 input: this is a front panel line level input
selectable at channel 1 by means of the Input assign switch of
channel 1.
19.-Auxiliary 2 input: this is a front panel line level input
selectable at channel 2 by means of the Input assign switch of
channel 2.
20.-Stereo/Split selector for headphones
will make you hear the preselected signal by means of CUE
controls in stereo, while position "split" will make you hear the
CUE preselected signal on one earcup and the Master output
signal on the other earcup.
21.-Headphones connector: Jack 6.3 stereo. Connect here the
OPERATING THE MIXER
SETTING INPUT LEVELS
To set input level turn GAIN pot until the LED bar of respective
channel depicts steady around 0dB. Over this value we are
close to saturation (although is acceptable to have peaks at the
red level zone). This task will have to be done for each of the
channels because different inputs sources may have different
levels.
MICROPHONE INSERTS
Each of the 3 avaialble microphones is fitted with an insert
connection. This allows us to place in serial with the Mic an
external FX device. If no external module is plugged to
Insert the microphone will work as usual. If we plug into
Insert an effects module we will have the following:
MIXER SETUP

Cue Pan: By means of this function, you can preview your
forthcoming mix by crossfading between the preselected
headphones signal on the left side of the control and the Master
output signal (pre pot) on the
right
23.-Headphones level control: With a stereo headphone
connected, you may control the headphones volume. Please
check your headphones impedance for a minimum of 32 Ohms
and be aware of high-impedance headphones reducing the
maximum output power of this output, so that you should choose
a headphone with less than 200 Ohms of impedance.
Moreover, we have to realize that the LED bar gives us the signal
level after it is processed by the equalizer. If we boost up the
equalizer we can reach saturation despite we adjusted the system
for maximum eficiency with flat equalizer response.
Note: the Gain adjustment may have to be reset according to
equalizer setting, pay attention to the LED bars when boosting
the equalizer.
