Main components
The Tornado Master 5.0 consists of a basic frame with fixing elements for a support device. The magazine for the posts
is rotatable and connected with the basic frame. The reels are attached to the basic frame. The supplementary reels from
PATURA Ref. 115111 are to be used as reels.
3.1.2
Operator stations
The operator stations are all around the Tornado Master 5.0 at the respective locations. The reel drive will be started by
a switch on the basic frame.
3.2
Functional description
The Tornado Master 5.0 is attached to the support device by catch hooks. The energy supply of the reels is made via the
support device. The Tornado Master 5.0 allows for setting up and down a temporary fence with up to five rows in a
simple pass. To start, the beginning of polytape or polywire has to be fixed to the starting post and will be wound down
under light tension while the support device is driven at low speeds. The operator only has to insert the posts to the
ground and attach the polywire or polytape to it.
Dismantling works in the same way, only in reverse order. Automatically winding up the polytapes or polywires is only
possible with the reel drive switched on.
