Maintenance
9.1 Safety
There is a risk of injury and damage of the Tornado Master 5.0.
During maintenance work, suitable PPE (personal protective equipment) must be used. Especially
protective shoes and suitable hand protection must be worn.

Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Maintenance and service only by suitable, trained personnel.
9.2 Maintenance documentation
In order to be able to make warranty and guarantee claims, a respective maintenance documentation must be kept. All
performed maintenance work must be recorded accordingly and archived by the operator (maintenance documentation,
maintenance book).
9.3 Inspection and maintenance schedule

Activity
Check for abnormal noises
Check lubrication of the drive chain
Check for abrasion
Check reel tensil force
Check screw connections and bolts for tightness
9.4 Description of the inspection and maintenance work
In order to be able to guarantee perfect operation of the product, the following points must be noted during inspection:
• Check by visual inspection for any abnormalities
• Regular inspection of safety-relevant components for fit, abrasion and function
• Care of all movable parts
• Checking for easy movement and noise
• Checking components for tight fit
• Checking the components for corrosion
• Inspection of the complete machine for any signs of damage
• Checking the chain tension
Defective products and/or components must be replaced immediately as soon as proper functioning is no longer
guaranteed. Please contact your dealer for this.
