Option Description
AUTO For a manual (fixed) lens:
MANUAL
AUTO: Iris operates electronic
exposure automatically.
MANUAL: Adjust the iris by changing
the high shutter speed manually.
VSD For an automatic iris lens:
LENS
VSD: Select for video-type lens.
DC LENS
DC LENS: Select for direct drive-type
lens. Adjust the LEVEL until the
image is neither too bright nor too
dark.
OFF Prevents the object in the center of
LOW BL the image from darkening when
MID. BL there is excessive light from behind.
HIGH BL
Note
OFF Another function of BLC that masks
L. GRAY excessive light to a dark level and
D. GRAY makes the image brighter so the
BLACK object is clear.

Press MENU to return to the SETUP
MENU.
