6.1| USING THE HOT POT
1| Place the hot pot bowl
. As soon as you remove the hot pot, the

power supply is interrupted.
CAUTION
The hot plate may still be hot!
2| Now fill each chamber of the hot pot bowl
with your individual ingredients and add liq-
uid up to the max. mark.
ATTENTION
Damage caused by too little
or lack of liquid!
Please note that both chambers must be filled
with liquid. The liquid must always be above the
min. mark and not over the max. mark. Never
operate the Hot Pot & Steam without liquids
inside of both chambers of the hot pot bowl.
3| Turn the temperature controller
as far as it will go, until the liquid begins to
boil.
4| Now you can turn the temperature control-
ler
anticlockwise slightly, until the liquid is

only simmering gently.
5| Simply place your food in the desired cham-
ber or in the cooking baskets
into the broth. Make sure that the fixing part
of the cooking baskets grips the edge of the
hot pot.
6| After the food has reached the desired con-
sistency or degree of cooking, you can
remove it with a skimming
6.2| USING THE STEAMER INSERT
1| To use the steamer insert

6.3| TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER
1| Turn the temperature controller
highest level. During heating up the LED ring
illuminates in the colour red.
2| As soon as the temperature reaches the set
temperature, the LED ring is lit white
7| AFTER USING THE APPLIANCE
When you have finished cooking or steaming,
turn the temperature controller
wise as far as it will go. Remove the plug from
the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool
down before cleaning. To store the appliance,
pull the power cord out of the base station,
wind it up and place it in the cold hot pot.
8| CLEANING AND CARE
Unplug from the mains after use. It is recom-
mended that you clean the removable parts
immediately after they have cooled down using
warm water and detergent, or in the dish-
washer. Never use abrasive cleaning agents.
