2 Automatic setting by SNTP
When making the settings while connected by LAN to an NTP server, "auto set by SNTP" is displayed in step 2 of the previous
section. The time can be set automatically by SNTP by pressing the "SELECT" button to make "auto set by SNTP" flash, then
pressing the "PLAY/PAUSE" button.
A super capacitor is used to keep the DN-V750/V755's internal clock running even when the power is turned off. The clock keeps
running for about 7 days after the power is turned off (as long as the power was on for at least one minute beforehand). If the clock
stops running, the date and time are reset to "2000/1/1 00:00:00".
2 Updating the firmware
New firmware may be issued to improve the functions and performance of the DN-V750/V755. If so, the new firmware can be applied
using the configuration menu.

After pressing the "STOP" button at the configuration menu, never turn the power off or eject the card until "FIRMWARE UPDATE
FINISHED" is displayed. Doing so may render the DN-V750/V755 inoperable.
NOTE:
Record the new firmware file (V750XFWD.BIN) you have been provided into
a medium's SYS directory in the DN-V750/V755.
Launch the configuration menu. (See page 13.)
Press the "STOP" button. Updating starts.
During the updating procedure, a window like the one shown to the left
indicates the progress.
"FIRMWARE UPDATE FINISHED" is displayed once the updating of the
firmware has been completed.
When this is displayed, press the "STOP" button to reboot the DN-V750/V755.
Set the operating mode in which you want the DN-V750/V755 to start using
the MODE selector switches on the rear panel to start the DN-V750/V755 in
that mode.
