17. INTERACT WITH THE CONTROLLER
The MD-Range Refrigerated Cabinet is equipped with an electronic thermostat and is set to work at its best
considering an average environmental condition. It is however possible to modify the working set-point according to
the type of goods inserted inside it and/ or according to the environmental conditions (MAX 25 °C/60% RH). To do
this you need to use the display on the front on the right-hand side, at the bottom, looking at the device.
With reference to FIG. 7:
Interaction with the display (5) is protected by the key lock, to avoid accidental changes. To enable the possibility of
editing, press the keys (4) and (2) at the same time for 5 (five) seconds at the end of which the word "LF" will appear.
Remove the key lock, the key (1) "U/ ECO" when pressed for 1 sec. causes the cabinet to be turned ON/OFF
(Standby). With the keys (2) and (3), after pressing them once, it is possible to increase or decrease the storage
temperature in the range -5/10 ° C, beyond these values it is not possible. Holding key (2) down for 5 (five) seconds
starts the defrost (which is normally performed automatically) while with the (4) "P" button a quick press turns on /
off the lights (if any). The display also provides other information: (6) indicates that the appliance is cooling; (7) not
used; (8) generic alarm; (9) ongoing defrost; (10) the evaporator fans are in motion.
Do not try to remove or replace the display. In case of malfunction, contact a specialized
refrigeration technician

18. DEFROSTING AND CONDENSATE WATER

The MD-Range Refrigerated Cabinet provides for the defrosting and automatic disposal of defrosting water. If there
are water spills, check that the environmental conditions do not have a relative humidity level that is more than 60%.

19. LIGHTING

The MD-Range Refrigerated Cabinet is equipped with high efficiency LED lighting. You can turn on the light or turn
it off by pressing for 2 (two) seconds the button with the display bulb icon placed on the air intake grid of the engine
compartment of the appliance, see chapter 16.
Do not try to remove or replace LED lamps. In case of malfunction, contact a specialized
refrigeration technician

20. GLASS DOORS (IF ANY)

The MD-Range Refrigerated Cabinet can be equipped with doors. In this case, the doors close automatically once the
opening angle is less than 60° from the closing position. After 60 ° the doors enter a position of neutrality, so it is
possible to fix the position in position for removing or loading products; the doors open up to100 ° so pushing them
further is useless and harmful to them. Accompany the door in closing to ensure a perfect sealing of the appliance.
Do not place your hands, fingers, or other parts of the body near the axis of rotation of the door and the
frame or between one door and another when they are about to close to avoid crushing injuries
Do not slam, pull the doors violently or let them move freely, always accompany them in the position of
closing or maximum opening without forcing further.
Although the doors comply with stringent safety criteria (EN 12151) they are not resilient against
violent impacts and impacts of metal and/or sharp objects.
