3. Make sure the No�fica�on se�ngs are enabled with this APP. The
se�ng is different from the version of Android system and the
Model of Mobile Phone. As a sample of Huawei Mate8, from
Se�ngs -> Apps & No�fica�ons -> Apps, select the "Maxell Smart"
APP -> APP permissions -> Set individual permissions. Enable the
"Maxell Smart" APP-> no�fica�ons -> No�fica�on management as
following:
