WARNING
Opening the top cover is only allowed when the device is cold. Otherwise, there is
a risk of burns. Route the power cord in such a way that it does not come into contact
with the top cover.
Connect the device to a power supply. A red control lamp (5) will come on.

Set the temperature using the thermostat (3). A green control lamp (4) is lit when the
-
device is heating up, and it turns off, when the device reaches the desired temperature.

Place the products on the plates and grill turning them once in a while.
-
The green control lamp turns on and off during frying. The thermostat maintains
a proper temperature.

Remove the products when they are done frying. In order not to damage the heating
plates, use wooden or plastic, heat-resistant utensils.
Empty the container (9) regularly.

After the full completion of roasting, disconnect the device from the power supply.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
-
disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool down before cleaning it,
-
do not immerse any part of the appliance in water or other liquids
-
first, rub the cooking plates with paper towels in order to remove grease,
-
then, clean the appliance and the cord gently with a wet cloth
-
do not use cleaning agents and dissolvents,
-
in case of residue which is difficult to be removed, do not use sharp tools as they can
destroy coatings on the plates of the appliance. The best way to remove dirt is to cover
them with a wet cloth to dissolve the residue,
clean and empty the tray (9) regularly. The tray can be taken out and washed in warm
-
water with some washing liquid.
