Cleaning
Clean the scales immediately after use,
especially after the contact of the scales with
fat, seasonings, vinegar and other heavily
spiced and/or coloured food items.
− Wipe the scales by a soft, slightly
moistened cloth.
− The spoon attachments can be removed
for easier cleaning and cleaned in
washing-up liquid.
− Avoid contact with citric acid.
