Caring for the rechargeable batteries / precautionary
measures when charging

To maintain full battery capacity, it is recommended that
only fully discharged batteries be charged again. Disconnect

the power supply unit from the electricity network when not
in use for longer periods of time.

Do not continuously charge the unit for more than 3 days.

Do not operate the unit with the power supply unit when the

Every few months, operate the unit until the motor stops
altogether. Then place the switch onto "off" and fully charge

temperature is under 41° F (5° C) or above 122° F (50° C).

of heat or in places where the unit is subject to strong sunlight.

Changing the battery (service)
Should you need to replace the battery, please send your
Promed feeling unit to either the manufacturer (Promed
GmbH) or an authorized Promed customer service center.
Pull the plug of the power supply unit out of the wall socket
when you have finished charging.
