CONTROL PANEL FUNCTIONS
1) START / STOP pedal to arms: Press to start and stop the drive motor of the upper
handles to move the arms.
2) START / STOP pedal to gambePremere to start and stop the drive motor of the lower
pedals to move the legs.
3) Up / Down: Press to change the direction of rotation of cyclists from CW to CCW or
vice versa.
4) Speed Increase (+): Press the button + Speed to increase the speed of rotation within
a range of 12 levels (L1 to L12).
5) Speed Decrease (-): Press the button - speed to decrease the speed of rotation wi-
thin a range of 12 levels (L1 to L12).
6) PROG .: Before starting a training session, press the PROG. to select one of 5 pre-set
training programs available, where the level of varying speeds within a range L1 to L12
with the programmed sequence according to the following scheme:
P1. L1-L2-L3-L4-L5; time interval 30 sec.
P2. L2-L3-L4-L5-L6; time interval 15 sec.
P3. L3-L5-L7-L9-L11; time interval 20 sec.
P.4 L4-L6-L8-L10-L12; time interval 20 sec.
P5. L5-L10 / L5-L10; time interval (L5-L10) 30 sec.
During a training session, press the PROG. to manually scroll through the display data
for the current year:
- Speed (selected speed level),
- Time (Exercise time),
- Distance (from Session Initiation number of pedal revolutions),
- Calories (Calories consumed by the session start)
- Scan (automatic succession of the data displayed without the need to press Prog.).
7) Time: Before starting a training session, press the Time button to set the duration
of 1 to 15-minute session. During the workout, the display shows the countdown from
the set time to zero.
