Operating instructions
Insert the charged 18 volt battery into the battery holder from behind (Fig. 1e) until you feel
it click into the end position. To remove the battery, press the battery release button and pull
the battery to the side out of the battery holder. Then close the cover again (Fig. 1f).
To ensure IP65 (dust and splash-proof ), the spotlight must only be operated with the
battery cover properly closed.
If the device is not used for a longer period of time, remove the rechargeable battery.
The floodlight can also be operated without battery cover up to 12 Ah rechargeable
batteries; in this case, the IP class will, however, be reduced to IP20 and the floodlight may
only be operated in a dry environment. To do so, open the battery cover locking (Fig. 1a).
Afterwards, remove the battery cover.
CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Only use one of the manufacturer's original charging device: Bosch, Dewalt, Festool, Flex,
Makita, Metabo (CAS), Milwaukee.
TRIPOD MOUNTING
By means of the holes in the holding bracket, the floodlight can be mounted on a
Brennenstuhl tripod.
If two floodlights are mounted, the accessory crossbar "CB 70 1172640059" is required.
